Our planning office MITIGATE GmbH based in Munich, is expanding and looking for reinforcement. Our interdisciplinary team brings together specialists from various fields, including biology, ecology, geoinformatics, geology, forestry, agriculture and environmental planning. This wide-ranging expertise enables us to take a holistic approach to complex environmental challenges and develop innovative solutions. Since our foundation in 2018, we have relied on in-depth specialist knowledge, state-of-the-art technologies and future-oriented strategies.
We are looking for employees for:
- Processing of environmental planning projects, e.g. environmental construction supervision (UBB)
- Mapping (e.g. avifauna, herpetofauna, dormouse, etc.)
- Preparation of expert opinions, reports and statements (LBP, UVP, saP)
- Project management and team leadership
- Communication with clients, authorities, etc.
- Working environment with focus on Munich metropolitan region
You bring with you:
- Completed university degree (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) in biology, ecology, environmental and geosciences, landscape planning, geography or related disciplines
- At least three years of professional experience
- Knowledge of planning, nature and environmental law
- Mapping experience (e.g. birds, bats, dormouse, reptiles)
- Very good verbal and written communication skills (German at native speaker level)
- Confident handling of ArcGIS and MS Office
- Confident manner towards authorities and customers
- Class B driver's license

Our office MITIGATE GmbH based in Munich is looking for support for environmental construction monitoring (UBB) and for mapping avifauna, herpetofauna, etc.
What we want from you:
- Master's degree in biology, ecology, environmental sciences, landscape ecology, geoecology, geography or related subjects
- Previous knowledge of mapping fauna (birds, reptiles, amphibians) and/or flora
- Project-related willingness to travel (costs are covered by us)
- Availability at least six months
- Team spirit, committed cooperation and reliability
- Independent and structured way of working
- Class B driver's license
